Vendor Experience

The NECCF is dedicated to providing resources and networking opportunities for contact center professionals. In an effort to preserve the intention of the organization and encourage the open sharing of best practices, participation is limited to professionals who are directly involved in the management or support of contact centers operations -vendor representative participation is limited.

Vendor Participation Statement

The NorthEast Contact Center Forum (NECCF) is a non-profit organization managed by a group of professionals who serve in a volunteer capacity. The prime purpose is to bring together people who run call centers and provide a forum in which they can learn more about the industry while sharing ideas and best practices.

The Board’s pledge to attendees is that the NECCF will stay true to the "grass roots" beginning and maintain a clear focus on effective call center management. This commitment is sometimes at odds with the desire of vendors, sales people, and consultants, despite their obvious value as effective partners. If attendees begin to sense that NECCF events have become a just a platform for vendors to establish new business or develop leads exclusively, they will withdraw and the NECCF will fail.

Due to this concern that vendor representatives are asked to respect the following:

•Quarterly Forums - The NECCF Board of Directors reserves the right to reject anyone's request to attend if their attendance could be misconstrued as having a motive of monetarily profiting from interaction, present or future, with attendees.

•Venues – As a nonprofit organization, we tend to select venues which are unique and attractive to our attendees. These locations oftentimes have limited capacity and features such as A/V, electricity, Internet access, etc.

•Vendor Expo - Each June the NECCF hosts an expo where vendors, sales people and consultants are given direct access to our attendees in exchange for a vendor sponsor fee. During this vendor expo, we naturally limit attendance of vendors to those that have paid a sponsor's fee to exhibit.

Please know that the NECCF Board understands the value vendor representative offer to the industry, but an equitable balance must be maintained in order for the NECCF to fulfill its mission and continue to serve the individuals to whom we have made our primary commitment.
